This is a lovely unit in the Juliet building on the 10th floor with gorgeous ocean and city views. The patio, living room, and bedrooms are all great places to sit back and enjoy the city and water views. This is an ideal location for parking your car and walking everywhere. Within a 10 min walking radius are all the downtown attractions, and just out your door offers a variety of restaurants, pubs and shopping.

There are two bedrooms with queen beds in each room. This unit offers two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. The living room has comfortable seating for five, a nice eating area and also bar stools to chat and keep the cook company!
You will only need to bring your personal items to this lovely unit. The laundry room is fully equipped for the short stays, the kitchen has some coffee, teas and spices, and the bathrooms have hand soaps.

We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $100 administrative fee up until you are within 60 days of travel. Once you are within 60 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% non refundable. If you are making your reservation within 60 days of travel please be certain before you book at it will be immediately non refundable.

For reservations of less than 30 days you will need to pay a deposit of $500 with the balance being due 10 days prior to your arrival. Once full payment is made the rental fee will become nonrefundable.
Reservation of greater than 30 days will pay a $1000 deposit and the balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Once full payment is made the rental fee will become nonrefundable.

The apartment is very well kept, clean and comfortable. Each room has queen-size beds, memory mattresses and plenty of pillows. The master bedroom has in-suite bathroom with a clean tab and walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a shower and located near the entrance. A roll away bed (the 3rd bed) is stored in a laundry room. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo because 2 small sample-sized bottles are not enough for 4 people staying 4 nights. The apartment is on the 10th floor, so the views are amazing. Guests can access to the rooftop BBQ. We never tried cooking anything there. You can’t bring glasses or drink alcohol on the the rooftop. The locations is ideal for those who don’t mind city and street noise. It’s located in the heart of downtown and close to everything. Overall, I’m happy with our stay but next time I would look for a quieter and more peaceful place 🙂
This apartment was exactly as described and was simply adorable. It was within walking distance to everything and only about 10 mins from the wharf. Also, there's a cute coffee shop downstairs with good coffee and snacks if you need a quick bite before heading out to explore. Deidre, our apartment contact, was wonderful!!! She was very accommodating with last min changes and/or requests. I thought the apartment would get a bit warm with all of the windows and sunlight and she immediately dropped off fans. Honestly, it didn't get that hot, but it was great to have them. Overall, it was was great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again .

Briefly, we could not have asked for a better experience. The only improvement that I could recommend is that in the master bath tub, which is deep and wonderful, a grab bar would be an thoughtful improvement. It's iffy to get in and out.
Very nice condo! Great location with nice views of the city and ocean. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance, but we also cooked a couple of times, and had everything we needed. Parking is available in the garage, although we walked to most things during our stay. Will definitely be back!
A comfortable, clean and inviting space within walking distance of so much that Victoria has to offer. The view was wonderful – watching cruise ships come and go was great fun. The roof deck was a lovely space to entertain and where we enjoyed even more of the city sights. The kitchen had everything we could want although the temptation to walk out to the many nearby restaurants was too tempting most nights. Can recommend John’s Place for breakfast and Olo’s and Tapas for dinner. Plus the Victoria Public Market where, among many other things, there is the very tempting Victoria Pie Company and [roast] for tasty prepared foods that we took home and enjoyed at our own table. Must also recommend High Tea at the Empress – pricey but a bucket list item for us. And again all within a few minutes walk! Would definitely stay here again.
My husband and our 3 kids ages 14, 13, and 10. Two boys slept in bedroom together, daughter on the roll away. Loved the secure building and ease of walking wherever we wanted. Had dinner at an Asian street food just a block and half away called Foo. Awesome and amazing directions on everything we needed. Thank you. Definitely would recommend this place. We did a great weekend adventure in Victoria, BC, Canada. We sailed from Seattle on the Victoria Clipper, which dropped up at the harbor in the heart of downtown Victoria. After a quick cab ride, we arrived at our accommodations. The building is modern and welcoming and is located in the heart of the downtown area, with easy access to restaurants, shows, coffee shops and places to walk and enjoy the city and the lovely views. The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed. It has two large bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The apartment has a great assortment of linens and sundries that will add you your enjoyment. We enjoyed the decks for morning coffee. It is also a perfect space for evening cocktails prior to heading out to the numerous available restaurants in easy walking distance. The kitchen had everything that you would need if you prefer to dine in. We took advantage of the grill facilities. We also took advantage of the roof top deck which provides lovely views. While the building is located in an urban area, we did not notice any noise, other than the occasional bus. My Response So happy to hear you liked your stay Dana! I agree it is an easy cab from the Clipper or Coho terminals. Good to hear you used the rooftop patio too...so many times it is empty as folks forget about it. Wow, what a fabulous spot! The place is in such a great location- we parked our car (in gated parking), and walked everywhere for the weekend! It’s close to so many parks & beaches, shopping, museums and the tourist attractions as well. There are tons of restaurants nearby (some favorites include Fol Epi, Saveur, and Fiamo Pizza and Wine Bar). We took full advantage of the well-equipped kitchen- we could make many meals from the goods at the Farmer’s Market and nearby grocery stores! The kitchen is open to the rest of the living area which has spectacular views! We drank coffee out on the patio on the cute bistro set with potted plants, taking in the views in the morning sun. The unit has a deep soaker tub, comfy beds (2 queens), and was super clean and well maintained. It surpasses a hotel in being cozy/comfortable, spacious, 2 bathrooms and you have all the amenities of a condo (in-suite laundry, private bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 baths etc) and it was way cheaper than hotels in the area! The building itself is beautiful and secure, with a great roof top patio with ocean views and includes a BBQ, lounge chairs and a telescope! I would definitely recommend staying here- it’s my first choice if I visit Victoria again!
Had a great time enjoying the restaurants, shopping and attractions just a short walk away. The unit was so nice to come home to at the end of the day to relax and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. Lots of room for the 4 of us to chat about our adventures. The beds were plush and comfy - we all slept very well. In the morning one of the guys went across the street to Fol Epi - a scrumptious bakery/restauraunt and brought back chocolate croissants to enjoy with our coffee. Yum! The kitchen was well appointed for home cooking. I could prep food, talk with my friends and see the view all at once. We went up to the rooftop to enjoy the 360 degree view which was beautiful. I can imagine the BBQs getting lots of use in the summertime! Lots of really good restaurants nearby. We especially liked Venetos - just around the corner - for dinner and drinks.
