Just listed this beautiful penthouse located in the Saltair complex at 2475 Mt. Baker in the beautiful Sidney seaside community. This unit is 1470 square feet with one 500 square foot wrap-around balcony with views of the ocean and the other off the master suite. You are only steps to grocery, restaurants, high-quality shopping, and services. There are two bedrooms, the master has a king bed and the other has a queen Murphy bed. This unit offers two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. The living room has comfortable seating for five, a nice eating area, and also bar stools to chat and keep the cook company! There is a also separate dining room with seating for 6 and a den for anyone needing a great space to work from home. A parking spot is included in the parking compound at the unit.

For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs.

Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $150 administrative fee up until you are within 30 days of travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are making your reservation within 30 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable.

Accommodating and understanding when our flight got canceled.
Beautiful apartment in the quiet town of Sidney, near main street and the ocean. Unit is very well equipped for long stays. The keys need to be picked up from downtown Victoria which is about 1.5 hour round trip from the apartment. This wasn’t clear in listing. Tenants below the unit made a number of complaints about noise despite us not always being in the unit at the time of the complaints. CIVV quickly responded and communicated with them. Overall a very nice unit and great location for a short or long stay.
