This condo has access two balconies with views of the city and the waterway along with access to a private courtyard where you can relax at your own pace in the beautiful green space.

COVID Response: We have a standardized cleaning disinfectant and sanitizer at all our units, that has been used to prepare your unit for your arrival and will also leave extra for your use during your stay. We use a hospital-grade EcoLogo-certified biodegradable disinfectant that kills 99.9% and sanitizes 99.9% of bacteria.
Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $150 administrative fee up until you are within 14 days of travel. Once you are within 14 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are making your reservation within 14 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable. For reservations of 30 days or longer, you will need to cancel before 30 days of travel for a full refund less the $150 administrative fee.

•Date changes are free, subject to availability and any differing rates.
To confirm your reservation, you will need to make a deposit. If your stay is a nightly stay you will make a $500 deposit and if you have a monthly stay your deposit will be $1000.00.
