The building was built in 2011 and is very welcoming and stylish with its boutique style residences. New, bright, and comfortable one-bedroom condo located in trendy Old Town Victoria. Steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, the inner harbour, and everything downtown Victoria has to offer. Enjoy the comfy Queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, and TV with Netflix, Roku, Amazon Prime Video and Curiosity Stream. Perfect for business travelers, long getaways, and families with kids. Sweet Sleep on Herald will be a carefree experience for your stay in Victoria.
Our 600 sq. ft. space is bright with high ceilings and has a balcony off of the dining space. We provide you a full kitchen with an extremely comfy AMERICAN LEATHER couch and eating area with floor to ceiling windows. This sleeper couch is the most comfortable sleeper couch available.
Guests will have exclusive access to the condo. There is high speed WIFI. The bedroom has a door that closes for privacy. The sofa bed is an extremely comfortable sleeper couch. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The building is secure and is strictly non-smoking anywhere on the property including on the balcony or in the unit.

Victoria is a very walkable city! It is best explored on foot. When you stay at our condo you won't need a car. Our street has red street signs which means it is officially part of the historic neighbourhood of Chinatown, right in the heart of Old Town Victoria. If, however, you need to travel longer distances the public bus service is very effective. There are also shuttle services that can take you to tourist destinations that are outside of town, such as Butchart Gardens. If you have any questions about getting around Victoria by car or foot please let us know. We are happy to help you in any way possible and want to make sure you enjoy this beautiful city as much as we do.
For the security of owners and guests alike, there are security cameras mounted outside the front door of the building, building interior hallways, and the parking garage. There is a decibel monitor in the living room of the condo that monitors but does not record sound.
If you are bringing a bike with you, there are bike racks in the parking garage. You will need to bring your own lock and will lock your bikes there at your own risk.
We are a no smoking building. Those who choose to smoke in the unit or on the balcony anyway will be charged $500 for doing so - this is in line with the size of the fine that strata can fine us for breaking the non-smoking bylaws.

For every 90 or more days of rental, a 3-hour mid-stay clean is included and will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $150 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable.
If you are booking a multi month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and please note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
