This unit is 1470 square feet with one 500 square foot wrap-around balcony with views of the ocean and the other off the master suite. You are only steps to grocery, restaurants, high-quality shopping, and services. There are two bedrooms, the master has a king bed and the other has a queen Murphy bed. This unit offers two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. The living room has comfortable seating for five, a nice eating area, and also bar stools to chat and keep the cook company! There is a also separate dining room with seating for 6 and a den for anyone needing a great space to work from home. A parking spot is included in the parking compound at the unit.

For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs.
