• Cleaning: A one-time $390 cleaning fee applies at booking. Optional weekly or bi-weekly professional cleaning can also be arranged on an hourly basis to meet your preferences.
• Booking Rates: As a Canadian company, rates may display in USD on some platforms, but a full breakdown in both CAD and USD is provided before confirmation. We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
Important Policies and Notes
• BC Rental Regulations: Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. • Cancellation Policy: We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation is refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, the booking becomes 100% nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, no administrative fees are charged for modifications, provided 30 days' written notice of your departure date is submitted.
