‣ Cleaning: A one-time $290 cleaning fee applies at the time of booking. Optional weekly or bi-weekly professional cleaning services can also be easily scheduled on an hourly basis to meet your preferences.
‣ Booking Rates: As a Canadian company, our primary rates are in CAD. While some international platforms may convert prices to USD, a clear, transparent breakdown showing both currencies will be provided on the final page before you confirm your booking. We accept direct payments from all major credit cards except American Express.

‣ BC Rental Regulations: Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. ‣ Smoke-Free Environment: All properties strictly enforce a $500 bylaw fine for smoking or vaping (including marijuana) anywhere inside the unit or within the building premises.

‣ Cancellation Policy: We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation is refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, the booking becomes 100% nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, no administrative fees are charged for modifications, provided 30 days' written notice of your departure date is submitted.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to confirm the stay, it will require a $500 deposit for 1 and 2-bedroom apartments or $1000 for 3 bedrooms or more, which will then be applied as the damage deposit. Upon check-out, the damage deposit will be refunded within 14 business days if no damage has occurred to the unit. If there is damage to the unit, you will be notified via email.

Your stay is fully refundable if cancelled before 30 days of arrival, with a $175.00 administrative fee. The balance of your deposit will be refunded via e-transfer to a Canadian Bank Account or to the same credit card on file. Please note there is a 4.75% credit card surcharge applicable if your refund is to a credit card.

If you need to cancel, the non-refundable period starts when you are within 30 days of your check-in date. Date changes are free, subject to availability and any differing rates. Monthly rent payments are due 30 days ahead of the upcoming month. Any cancellations need to be made in writing and sent to stay@checkedinvictoria.com.

Additional Terms and House Rules:

1. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed. It is refundable upon checkout if no damage has occurred to the unit/house.
3. If your stay is more than 30 days, there will a mid-stay cleaning fee added after every 30 days.
4. Please note you must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.
5. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

Place was amazing with superb location in Chinatown and we were very comfortable in the space. Check in was fairly easy, and the parking was a great asset. There was no Ac but there were two fans which was a lifesaver. Would definitely recommend the space.

The condo had all the amenities we needed, making it enjoyable to prepare our own food when we didn’t want to eat out at all the restaurants nearby. The bed was super comfy, especially after the long trip to get to Victoria from our home in Oregon. We also liked having a parking stall because parking downtown was challenging. Would stay here again. Thanks so much!

We totally enjoyed staying at the Harbour breeze condo. We used the outside deck quite a bit and enjoyed having a glass of wine at night taking in the sites of the historic China Town nearby. Loved the location of the condo because it was within walking distance to all the hot spots downtown that Victoria has to offer. Highly recommend booking here!

We loved our stay at the beautiful Harbour Breeze condo! The patio was amazing for people watching and we loved having a cute little coffee shop just downstairs from the condo. Everything you would ever need in a home away from home! Close to all the shops and downtown. Highly recommend staying here!
