The Vogue complex was converted from offices to apartments in 2006 and is a special spot in one of the most unique heritage buildings in Victoria. If you are looking for a downtown feel, the Heart of Hearts is a great choice! Right in the middle of Old Town Victoria, with all the updated amenities you will need to make your stay fantastic. You will love the views from of the Parliament buildings to the open ocean from the rooftop patio. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. There is also a blow-up mattress if you want for your little travelers. The lovely kitchen is fully equipped for whatever meals you want to make up for you and your family as you enjoy your stay in Victoria. You can also enjoy our Apple TV which has many platforms for you to watch or sign in with your platform account, Please note there is no cable TV or phone.

The famous Beacon Hill Park is only a 10-minute walk away, as is the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings. If you are flying in on a sea plane the Inner Harbour terminal is just a 5-minute walk from this condo. Arriving via the Victoria Clipper or the Coho is also easy and no need for a car at this condo. This luxury condo has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. This is such a great complex as we have two more units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $375 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $150.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Important notes:
Please note: All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival requesting your access preference, then 7 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.

The location was par excellence. Highly walkable, with Market Square literally steps away. The unit was clean and well appointed. Very open and airy making it feel even more spacious than it was. Loved the rooftop patio. So many restaurants close by. Would love to stay here again! My only wish was that the upstairs bathroom had a small shelf or two by the sink to put some toiletries on. The upstairs sink is very small with no room for even a toothbrush. But all in all, I highly recommend staying here!!

This place checks all my important things in a Airbnb: -secure parking -very clean -all utensils you need for cooking (bring your spices) -king bed -second bedroom with no extra cost for visiting guest -central location for walking anywhere down town, and to bike trails -bathroom with a tub -barb b que -good value -friendly and responsive hosts -Plus there is good vibe with high ceilings, loft master bedroom and a patio with nice evening city lights view. There are no late check ins but our host made allowance due to three ferry sailing cancellations. There is daily morning noise of garbage and recycle trucks and next door wholesale trucks unloading, but this minor for all the great things this place has to offer. We would definitely come again

Great location! Shopping and dining within minutes. All of downtown within easy walking distance.
Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Fireplace was a plus as it was rather cold out with rain/snow.

Wonderful condo with everything you need. The loft bedroom and rooftop balcony are absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, right in the core of everything. Easy to get to, parking, secure building. You will not be disappointed, my mom, aunt and myself stayed for 5 nights and it felt like home, we didn’t want to leave!!

Awesome apartment! The pictures definitely don’t do it justice- the loft is very cool and so neat that there’s a private rooftop deck too. The place was clean, Heather was great to communicate with and super friendly when we met her to get the keys to the apartment. I wouldn’t call it a self check in though like the listing states, since we did have to meet in person to get the keys. Close to the ferry, shopping and food! We loved the Indian restaurant across the street. Cute neighborhood and nice building. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice loft apartment in Victoria, BC. Close to Government St., which is lively and fun especially towards its more southern end. Chinatown just north of the condo. The condo had lots of amenities, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, etc. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Very secure, with both an outer gate and locked lobby door, each requiring key fob entry.

No A/C, which is usually not an issue in Victoria, though we were there during a July heat wave.
