Old Town Flats
My mother and I just spent a long weekend in the condo and had a wonderful stay. We met other family from Seattle in Victoria and had plenty of space for visiting for all of us and we were all walking distance from each other. The loft was beautiful and comfortable. The security of the building is first class. I was worried about other reviews commenting on the noise levels but the noise was your basic bus and other vehicles that you would expect in a downtown location; there was not any rowdy pub/bar patrons having a hayday at 2am. Over the years my husband and I have rented many places off of VRBO and this one is at the top of the list for being equipped with everything one would need in a household. Diedre was exceptional and there is not enough I can say about the level of customer service she provided us. You will not be disappointed in this rental.
This apartment is excellent in its decor, cleanliness, safety and great location. I am impressed with the brick wall design and the whole ambience was cozy and comfortable. The apartment has 2 retractable sofa chairs and they were great! A laptop too! There were 4 of is but it can accommodate 5-6 people. I love the fully equiped kitchen. Even the little things were provided eg. Dish liquids, tablets, sponges, clothes detergent, sugar, salt, pepper etc, which made things easier for short stays. As it’s facing the street, perhaps light sleepers may find it a little noisy at night but I was fine with it. It’s just so convenient as many good cafes eg. Murchies and many good ones opened early and within walking distance. Chinatown is just a street down. We had Dim Sum! A free car park just downstairs was allocated and this is a plus. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely book to stay again when we visit Victoria. Thumbs up for Old Town Flats.
Harbour Walk
My husband, parents and I stayed two nights in this 2BR apartment, right at the doorstep of Victoria. We were thoroughly impressed with the value this stay offered. It’s located on one of the main streets which is perfect for being able to easily wander into the city without fear of getting lost. The apartment was clean and well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. At first we were uncertain about the process for getting the keys, but once we did it we found it was very easy and laughed at how nervous we’d been, so don’t fear the instructions: they are easy to follow and accurate. We have already recommended this property to friends, and if we return we will be hoping to stay here! Note: In addition to our stay, I did something a little silly and left some important items in our room. I only realized this as we were leaving Vancouver Island so quickly emailed to report this fact. I promptly received a call back so we could arrange delivery of my items, which gave me great peace of mind. I’m so very appreciative for how quickly and the professional way this matter was handled. Thank you!
Great set up right in the perfect location. Comfy bed. Love the patio for coffee and chilling. And Great open concept with modern decor. We’d love to stay again!
City Center
The apartment was very beautiful, wonderfully decorated, clean, and brand new. The finishes were excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms had block out blinds which were great in the long summer days. The building was very secure and located in walking distance of pretty much everything the city has to offer. There is a beautiful cafe next door offering lovely pastries, deli items and coffee. We were well taken care of by Deidre who checked in with us before arriving in case we had any questions. We loved it there and would stay again!
This condo is clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient. My wife and I, along with another couple, went on a kid-free weekend getaway. This condo was perfect for us. The building is secure and the beds are comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on separate sides of the condo, which was nice. The location is only a couple blocks away from just about anywhere you’d want to go. I will definitely be back! Deidre, who manages the booking, is super easy to work with and communication was excellent. She regularly checked in via email to make sure we had everything we needed.
Harour View
We had a wonderful stay in Victoria in this beautiful condo. It’s in a quiet location but close and within easy walking distance to downtown Victoria, restaurants, harbor and main attractions. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated, just like the photos. It was very clean and well equipped with anything you might need. The leather recliners and the beds were awesome and very comfortable. It was nice to have a king size bed and choice of king or twin beds. The twin beds were ready for us when we got there and the pull out sofa bed was comfortable, which is often not the case. Dierdre was attentive and prompt in answering any emails, very accommodating and gave us detailed instructions and recommendations for everything. She was also kind enough to send us a flash drive we left in the unit. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Victoria and hope to return and stay there again.
Great location close to downtown but away from hustle and bustle. Secure building and facility is just as it is advertised. Stayed for over a month and facility met all our expectations. Clean and well kept building. Deidre and David responded quickly and professionally to any of our enquiries. Great hosts. Thanks again and we will definitely come back again. This is a great choice of facility and such great people to deal with.
