This unique condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a king bed in the master and the option for 2 twin beds or 1 king bed in the second bedroom. The high ceilings, exposed brick and loft beams are just a few items that bring the charm into this unit. There is over 950 square feet to relax with your loved ones, try out the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the sights of downtown from your balcony. You can even window shop at the Lululemon store from the patio.

The famed Beacon Hill park is only a 10 min walk away, as is the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings. If you are flying in on a sea plane the Inner Harbour terminal is just a 5 min walk from this condo. Arriving via the Victoria Clipper or the Coho is also easy and no need for a car at this condo. If you have a car feel free to bring it as underground secured parking is included.
We have full in-suite laundry facilities, free wifi and underground parking. This luxury condo has all the amenities to make your short or long term stay enjoyable. Come and check us out!

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $100 administrative fee up until you are within 60 days of travel. Once you are within 60 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% non refundable. If you are making your reservation within 60 days of travel please be certain before you book at it will be immediately non refundable.

To confirm a reservation you will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of your total booking if you are outside 60 days of your arrival date. If you are within 60 days then you will be required to pay 100% of the rental fee.

Deidre prompt and professional. Directions, clear and concise. Property as advertised. More than adequate amenities. Only issue would be the street noise off the master ... Solved that by plugging in to Songza with the headphones. Safe and secure building. U/G parking a bonus. We walked everywhere. Will recommend to family and friends. Very central. Book, you won't be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit is clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished with thoughtful attention to detail. Great people-watching from the private patio. Easy walk to fun shopping, restaurants & coffee shops. Relatively quiet for sleeping, although city noises make for an early wake-up! The second bedroom has no ventilation so we turned on fans the second night. There were a few glitches with check-in but hopefully those can be worked out in the future. We would definitely stay here again. A great base for exploring Victoria.

Wonderful spot, central to shopping, restaurants, theatre, harbour and much more.Dallas Road and the B.C. Museum are not far. The amenities in the suite are great. Large patio deck and underground secure parking. My Response I think this may be one of the best patios in Victoria so glad to hear you enjoyed it. My mother and I just spent a long weekend in the condo and had a wonderful stay. We met other family from Seattle in Victoria and had plenty of space for visiting for all of us and we were all walking distance from each other. The loft was beautiful and comfortable. The security of the building is first class. I was worried about other reviews commenting on the noise levels but the noise was your basic bus and other vehicles that you would expect in a downtown location; there was not any rowdy pub/bar patrons having a hayday at 2am. Over the years my husband and I have rented many places off of VRBO and this one is at the top of the list for being equipped with everything one would need in a household. Diedre was exceptional and there is not enough I can say about the level of customer service she provided us. You will not be disappointed in this rental. Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers. There used to be a noisy bar around the block, but it has since shut down, so yes, any noise is really just the buses and regular downtown noise...plsu you just can't get a better location than this one. This apartment is excellent in its decor, cleanliness, safety and great location. I am impressed with the brick wall design and the whole ambience was cozy and comfortable. The apartment has 2 retractable sofa chairs and they were great! A laptop too! There were 4 of is but it can accommodate 5-6 people. I love the fully equiped kitchen. Even the little things were provided eg. Dish liquids, tablets, sponges, clothes detergent, sugar, salt, pepper etc, which made things easier for short stays. As it's facing the street, perhaps light sleepers may find it a little noisy at night but I was fine with it. It's just so convenient as many good cafes eg. Murchies and many good ones opened early and within walking distance. Chinatown is just a street down. We had Dim Sum! A free car park just downstairs was allocated and this is a plus. Location is amazing, beautifully decorated, everything you need within walking distance. However, as a result of awesome location we found the master bedroom to be very loud at night - picked up some earplugs for night 2 and that did the trick!

The Old Town Flats is such an awesome place to stay in downtown Victoria! We had such an amazing time. The directions to the place were easy to follow. There is secure, covered parking waiting for you when you arrive. The place is decorated so beautifully and everything was so nice. The view onto bustling Johnson street was fantastic! My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio and people watched. The condo is centrally located, a quick walk to the inner harbour, shopping and all the best restaurants. Deidre was awesome to deal with and provides lots of info on the area in a binder near the door of the condo. We loved the restaurant recommendations. The beds were super comfy and the living room was an perfect place to put our feet up and chill. We loved every minute of our time spent at Old Town Flats! We will definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone who asks.

Opening the door I was amazed at the character and some what English charm the open plan rental had. With comfortable beds, fresh white towels and a rather large patio looking out onto the streets of Victoria! I could even see the water at the end. I did not need to rent a car as everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend this unit any time of the year as my stay was amazing. Deidre was a pleasure to deal with and can not wait to come back. My Response Thanks so much for your comments Eva! I hadn't thought about it but I guess you can see a tiny glimpse of the water.
