The suite was very nice with a beautiful view of the water front. Location was perfect, just a short walk and we were downtown.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent apartment, everything was more than ok. Always quick response by email from owner when needed. Everything worked out great. Very good location. We can recommend this apartment to anybody with up to 7 persons.

Our family including our two girls 5 and 8 and my parents, stayed for 3 nights. Deidre made reserving the place quick and easy and answered questions via email in a very timely manner. The place was very clean, very quiet and decorated simple yet sophisticated. The Delta Hotel is next door so my husband and I enjoy a short date without having to leave the area. But the best thing that happened was when we realized the Final Four was not shown on the television package they had. We called Deidre and she immediately accommodated our request and we got to watch the game. We will for sure stay here again when in Victoria.

This condo is located in a quiet area and still so close to the downtown amenities. You just have to walk across the Johnson St. bridge (blue bridge) and you are in the downtown. We loved this! Also the living room furniture was great with 2 recliners and a couch. The bed was comfy and loved the view from the window of the Empress across the harbour. The only thing we missed was there were no amenities like a hot tub or fitness room in the building but we did lots of walking along the walkway by the harbour so that was great. Also visited the Spinnaker Pub which is about a 10 minute walk away for a pint of their great Nut Brown Ale. There also is a great coffee shop & bakery “Fol Epi” on Harbour road that we would recommend walking to. Deirdre was very helpful and accommodating if we needed anything. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cutlery and dishes you needed and we found everything there for preparing our meals. Would definitely stay here again and would be a good place for 2 couples or a family with the second bedroom and bathroom.

Great location. Clean and spacious condo. Comfortable beds and quite surroundings except for seagull chatter. Management was very friendly and attentive. We plan on staying there again, and have recommended it to friends.
