Property Details

The Harbour Walk unit is located just steps from the Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum and so much more. This is 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a lovely covered patio to sit and enjoy the rhododendron.

Please note that effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has made the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia 90 days. If you see the option to book a stay for less than this time, please note that certain platforms display this way to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property.

Also, note that the rates you are seeing are based on minimum stay requirements, but we also have rates available for varying lengths of stay. Send us a message via Checkedinvictoria and we will get back to you with rates based on your desired length of stay and details.

The Harbour Walk unit is a large 1000 square foot condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has the option for 2 twin beds or 1 king. Let us know your preference before your arrival and we will have it ready for you.

This condo is situated across the street from the Royal BC Museum, kitty-corner from the Empress Hotel, and one block from the Parliament buildings and the Inner Harbour. If you like to enjoy gardens, Beacon Hill Park is also across the street where you can enjoy the flowers, gardens, petting zoo, children's playground, and fantastic views from the lookout area. We also have a playpen and booster seat for our traveling families.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $375 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $150.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Don't forget that we are a Canadian company, and you may be seeing our rates converted to USD. On the last page before you confirm you can see the cost breakdown and it will show you both Canadian and USD rates. We accept direct payments with all the major credit cards except for Amex.

Important notes:
Please note: All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival requesting your access preference, then 7 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.

We had a great stay in this nice condo. The location is fantastic. You will not find a better spot in Victoria, close to all major downtown sights, Beacon Hill Park across the road and walking distance to Fisherman's wharf. The apartment is slightly dated, but still nice and spacious with all amenities needed. Since we rented for a month, we noticed that the apartment would have benefitted from a more largescale cleaning of floors, windows etc, but all in all it was clean and tidy.

This spacious apartment is situated only a few minutes walk from inner harbour and downtown. Almost every tourist attraction in Victoria is within walking distance.
You should be aware of the fact that Douglas Street is a busy road, therefore it is quite noisy.
Unlike in the pictures the chairs aren't leather but hard wooden chairs. Cushions were provided after some time.

This time we visited Victoria with our friends, so 4 adults and one toddler. After many years this was the best and largest please we stay with best location ever!!!Everything was clean and beds are very comfortable , park and restaurants super close ...we simply fall in love with this apartment! On the end our ferry was at 5pm so She allowed us to stay on late check out and keep parking till about 3pm which help us a lot with 2 year old. Thanks a lot will see you again:)

The condo was a good space for our party of 6. It is thoughtfully stocked with necessities, plenty of linens and washer/dryer in unit. It is clean and inviting from the moment you walk in the lobby. I was glad to have a secured parking spot and the location was fantastic: steps away from Beacon Hill park, across the street from the BC museum and a little jaunt to the wharf and downtown Victoria. The management has been super helpful and friendly with all the questions we had. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Great location very nice unit with a fireplace. It is updated and in good condition with a fully stocked kitchen plenty of towels and sheets. I was surprised at how quiet it was even though it is only a couple blocks from the empress

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Harbour Walk. The condo had everything that we wanted and needed to make our one month stay such a pleasure. Deidre was always available when we had questions or needed something done. She is always so pleasant and accommodating. The building is well maintained, clean and safe. We really enjoyed the wharf, museum, Beacon Hill Park and a 15 minute walk took you down to the ocean and parks. Many many restaurants were in easy walking distance. It is a great place and prime location. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

My husband, parents and I stayed two nights in this 2BR apartment, right at the doorstep of Victoria. We were thoroughly impressed with the value this stay offered. It's located on one of the main streets which is perfect for being able to easily wander into the city without fear of getting lost. The apartment was clean and well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. At first we were uncertain about the process for getting the keys, but once we did it we found it was very easy and laughed at how nervous we'd been, so don't fear the instructions: they are easy to follow and accurate. We have already recommended this property to friends, and if we return we will be hoping to stay here! Note: In addition to our stay, I did something a little silly and left some important items in our room. I only realized this as we were leaving Vancouver Island so quickly emailed to report this fact. I promptly received a call back so we could arrange delivery of my items, which gave me great peace of mind. I'm so very appreciative for how quickly and the professional way this matter was handled. Thank you!
