∙ Cleaning: A one-time cleaning fee of $390 is added at booking. Optional weekly or bi-weekly cleaning can be arranged on an hourly basis.
∙ Booking Rates: As a Canadian company, rates may be displayed in USD on some platforms. A full breakdown in both CAD and USD will be shown before confirmation. We accept all major credit cards except Amex.
Important Policies and Notes
∙ BC Rental Regulations: Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay at 90 days. While some platforms may show shorter breakdowns, rates are based on 12-month stays, with custom quotes available for other lengths of stay.
∙ Strict No-Smoking Policy: A $500 fine applies to smoking or vaping (including marijuana) anywhere in the unit or building.
∙ Check-In: Detailed instructions and secure access info will be sent to you by CheckedIn prior to arrival.
∙ Cancellation: We recommend trip cancellation insurance. Reservations are refundable (less a $175 fee) up to 30 days before travel. Within 30 days, bookings are nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, a 30-day written notice is required for departure modifications.
