The apartment was squeaky clean, and the building seemed close to everything: the harbor, Chinatown, the bus to get to Butchart Gardens, etc. And our host was super-responsive and kind, even letting us into the unit early when someone in our party was feeling unwell. Thank you!

The place is very clean and conveniently located to downtown. There was some noise on Friday night from the street.

Secure clean building close to everything. We used the bike storage which was a secure room with lockup areas. The location is close to restaurants and bars one street over so there can be noise into the wee hours, but the windows were well insulated so that helped. Everything was super clean and comfy.

Very well managed Airbnb. Extremely flexible and responsive with great follow up. Unit was very clean, nice layout with bedrooms at opposite ends, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils. Building is highly secure, parking garage is perfect for guests with vehicles although clearance might be a tad low for those with tall roofs like a Sprinter van. Great location with plenty of dining and grocery options in walking distance. Would definitely stay here in any future visits to Victoria.

This condominium Was great and suited our needs very well. Condos located about 2.5 blocks from Government Street which is the main part of the tourist attractions in Victoria. It was very nice to walk down every morning from the condominium to Murchie's Tea room every morning and have tea and some breakfast. We had a car with us during this trip and the parking garage was relatively easy to use compared to some other high-rise condominium parking garage size day that in the past.

Heather, one of the agents of the Company that manages the condominium helped us with the check-in. She is very nice, prompt, and Communicates extremely well. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would stay there again.

What a location! And the unit is beautiful. The unit was very nicely equipped, especially the kitchen! The key pick up location was a bit further from the unit than we'd have liked, and dropping the keys all the way back for check wasn't ideal, but great otherwise.

This air bnb was clean and central location to everywhere in the downtown area of Victoria. The check in was smooth and easy and the condo was clean and stocked for a great stay. We had communication throughout our stay, the host was fantastic, friendly and efficient on responding. We chose the self check in and it was easy and smooth. We would definitely recommend staying here.

An excellent choice for your stay in Victoria. A very attractive, clean and comfortable unit in a great building, in a superb location near stores, restaurants, a theatre, and the heart of downtown Victoria. Minutes away from Chinatown, Murchies, Monroe’s Books, Pagliacci’s, and even the harbour. Everything you could need to be content (think a home away from home), and more (Parking! Full kitchen! Laundry! Umbrellas!) Absolutely noiseless except for the occasional gull. Zero problems from check in to check out. We will definitely be doing this again and hopefully staying in the same unit. Definitely book. You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed for 4 weeks in December 2021 and this was an incredible home base for us. The location can not be beat and the host went above and beyond to help us settle in. We chose the “meet and greet” option and were met by a representative of the host who showed us where to park and how everything worked. Amazing service!

The flat is very comfortable and completely accurate to the pictures. The kitchen and linens, towels, etc were well stocked. All we had to buy was food, and with several markets within walking distance that was very easy.

The beds are comfortable and the soaker tub in the master bath was incredible. There is also a walk in shower in the 2nd bathroom, and inside laundry made it very easy for us to wash and dry our clothes.

One thing to note:
If you have an electric vehicle and you have a standard (Level 1) household charger cable, be advised the building’s designated charger spots will not work for you. However we were able to use the Visitor parking pass and charge our car in one of two spots that have a regular household plug next to them. So it wasn’t a problem once we figured out what to do!

Overall we loved our stay in this quiet, cozy flat and we will definitely be back!

Deidre is a great host. We had an unusually long stay at her city center location (end-Aug to end-Oct) as we relocates to the city. Deidre and her team are helpful, accomodating our change of plans and providing timely responses for our needs. The place is very centrally located, which means you have the luxury of walking to downtown venues and restaurants on foot.

Very nice clean condo unit in a secure modern building right by downtown Victoria. One can pick check-in automatically, whereby one would need to pick up the key at a key lockbox at a location a few blocks away. Parking is included and free. Lots of attractions, restaurants and groceries nearby. A great location to explore Victoria.

This apartment is right in the centre of the city and very well equipped, we really enjoyed our stay. Deidre and the agency responded quickly to our questions. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms there was good space for our family of four. The free onsite parking is handy too.

I spent 4 weeks at this condo in the heart of Victoria. The location was perfect with everything one could want within steps. The condo was clean and very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and so on. It was easy to cook and there were two markets within two blocks. The beds were comfy and the condo was quiet. My only complaint was the water pressure was erratic and the water temperature was sometimes hard to regulate. I had no concerns about security and it was a very well maintained building. Restaurants, movie theatres, shopping, tourist attractions and all amenities were within easy walking distance. There isn't a lot of closet space if you are having an extended stay but we managed. Loved this place and will be back!

A really nice condo. We had our grandson with us, and the two bedrooms were perfect. Nice kitchen and well equipped so we could have a few meals on site. Also nice mountain view! My favorite part is the location. We could walk to Chinatown, the waterfront, old town, the Empress very easily. Even a couple of movie theaters nearby just in case. Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment was very beautiful, wonderfully decorated, clean, and brand new. The finishes were excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms had block out blinds which were great in the long summer days. The building was very secure and located in walking distance of pretty much everything the city has to offer. There is a beautiful cafe next door offering lovely pastries, deli items and coffee. We were well taken care of by Deidre who checked in with us before arriving in case we had any questions. We loved it there and would stay again!

This condo is clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient. My wife and I, along with another couple, went on a kid-free weekend getaway. This condo was perfect for us. The building is secure and the beds are comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on separate sides of the condo, which was nice. The location is only a couple blocks away from just about anywhere you'd want to go. I will definitely be back! Deidre, who manages the booking, is super easy to work with and communication was excellent. She regularly checked in via email to make sure we had everything we needed.

I would love to stay again soon. Deidre is a wonderful manager. All instructions and directions were easy to follow. She was super friendly and informative. A real treat to deal with. The place was in a brand new building. The decor is charming and everything was in pristine condition. I lived the rustic wood pieces. The condo was sparkling clean, bright and airy. Super comfy master bed with a firm mattress. We were well rested. No noise from traffic or neighbors. Location was great. We walked all over downtown. All in all a fabulous stay in a beautiful place.

My husband and I were looking for a last minute convenient urban condo in the heart of Victoria. Thanks to Deidre's help we were pleasantly accommodated at the City Centre condo with Checked in Victoria. As soon as we confirmed our booking; Deidre emailed us a detailed guest info package. The City Centre condo was exactly what we were looking for: steps away from shopping and restaurants in the downtown core, modern designs and decor. The condo was very clean, organized and well stocked with all of the basic toiletries and cleaning supplies. We look forward to booking this unit again in the near future!
