The building was completed in April 2015 so everything is shiny and new. This unit has a lovely 800-square-foot floor plan with a patio to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of Victoria and a bonus view of the mountains from almost every window.
City Center is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with queen beds in each bedroom. Large sitting area for visiting or watching TV. Open concept kitchen lets you chat and prepare your favorites. There are stainless appliances and high-end finishing throughout.
City Center is within walking distance of all the major and minor downtown attractions. Just a few blocks from the Inner Harbour and a few more to the Parliament Buildings and the Royal BC Museum. Restaurants and shopping are also just out your front door. There is also a lovely common area that has an inside and outside component. Take down your coffee and newspaper and enjoy the gas fireplaces while you do some excellent people-watching!

For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $150 administrative fee up until you are within 14 days of travel. Once you are within 14 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are making your reservation within 14 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable. For reservations of 30 days or longer, you will need to cancel before 30 days of travel for a full refund less the $150 administrative fee.
