This luxury Victoria condo has 1039 Sq ft of deluxe living space in it's well laid out 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, private laundry room, dining for six, balcony looking out over Victoria Old Town and the best blooming cherry trees in Victoria!

Please note that effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has made the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia 90 days. If you see the option to book a stay for less than this time, please note that certain platforms display this way to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property.

Newly furnished, and newly listed again, this lovely spot is in the coveted Peninsula complex which is just steps from the Johnson Street bridge and Victoria Old Town. It is a large unit with over 1000 square feet to relax after your long day adventuring, working, or visiting Victoria. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and the second bedroom has the option for two twin beds let us know and we can make it into a king for you. There is a queen Lazy Boy sofa in the living room, a single roll-away cot, and as always a folding bed and booster seat for the littlest guests. There is a breakfast bar for you to sit and enjoy the water fountain and the peek-a-boo view of the canal. The living room has a reclining chair, desk, and dining for six and a lovely rocker in the master bedroom.

The condo is located in the Peninsula complex which is a 5-minute walk over the Johnson Street bridge and to Victoria Old Town which is easy access to all the luxuries that will make your holiday or long-term stay in Victoria an enjoyable one. You can't beat the area as you don't have the downtown street noise but it is only a 5-minute walk to the heart of it! It is located directly on the boardwalk with access to the Galloping Goose Regional trail system. Take your choice, walk, bike, roller-blade, or kayak your way around the Greater Victoria Area. This is such a great complex we have two more units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $375 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $150.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Please note: All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival requesting your access preference, then 7 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.

Location is perfect, Seawalk and amenities within steps of the condo ,so a car isn’t really necessary

The Songhees condo was very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for either short or long term stay. We stayed 5 weeks and did not lack for anything. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.
It is not a modern newer building, but very clean and very comfortable. Very beautiful location and walkable to downtown Victoria.

This is a perfect spot to be if you want peace and quiet but close to all the action that downtown Victoria has to offer. This unit is literally steps from the Songhees Seawall leading to Esquimalt and there is much to see and watch along the walkway. There are so many trails nearby and walks all offering beautiful views.

The unit has a well equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to be self catering. Washer dryer was handy because we were here for 6 weeks. Parking in the underground lot was safe and secure as was the building.

The host was very helpful and responsive to all our needs which was so appreciated.
The unit is over the parking garage door so you do hear that noise in the mornings and evenings. It is a quiet building though.

Hoping to come back again one day.

Great location to walk into downtown, restaurants nearby and great walks on songhees walkway just outside. Galloping Goose trail just there too, for jogging, walking and cycling on.
Felt very safe there. Quiet location. Nice to sit on balcony and relax. We rented a car but only needed it to drive to places further away. City easy to walk around .
Very comfy beds . Great to have the washing machine and dryer too.
We felt very at home in the apartment. It’s our 2nd time staying there and we hope to return in the future.

Tastefully-appointed condo close to the water with comfortable beds. We had an easy time walking to all of the downtown Victoria sights! The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with utensils, sharp knives, and pots/pans.

The only drawbacks were the lack of ceiling fans in the bedrooms (warm and stuffy in the summer with no A/C) and exhaust wafting in from the harbour planes, the latter finishing up by early evening. It's not a huge detraction since the breeze eventually cools things off enough to sleep, but it would have been better to have a fan doing the job as well.

We had a great stay overall!

Kommunikation nur per E-Mail. Check-in und Check-out etwas umständlich, man muss erst eine mehrseitige PDF lesen. Ungewöhnlich in der Preisklasse: die Bitte, vor Abreise die Betten abzuziehen und die Wäsche zu starten.
Sehr geräumiges Apartment, der große Essbereich war auf den Fotos gar nicht zu sehen. Super Lage: zentral aber ruhig.

This location is excellent, close to the cool part of downtown but in a quiet neighbourhood. 10-15 min walk to everything. Beautiful pathways along the ocean. It was very clean. Spacious for one adult and 2 older kids. Convenient parking, although not EV friendly. When we arrived, the lockbox was jammed shut and the second set of keys was not available until the next day but the communication was excellent throughout and we had only a short delay before getting access. Despite these mini issues I would stay there again as the location was really excellent and we had a comfortable stay.

My husband and I spent a month in Victoria and the Peninsula was like a second home.The location couldn't have been better. Easy access to the core of the city via the Johnson bridge but also walking distance to a Save-on food, drug store, Starbucks, bakeries, cafes and restaurants.The place was clean,the beds very comfortable and the kitchen very well appointed. We cooked most of our meals. The walking trail along the inner harbor and the Gorge were part of our daily walks. Deidre, the manager was very helpful from the moment we booked the condo. We would highly recommended this condo.

Unit is well equipped and very comfortable. Very close to the downton and within walking distance of all major attractions. Songhee walkway is just a few steps away as is the Galloping Goose trail if you like cycling. Bike rental place very close by and so is the major grocery and liquor store. Excellent parking and we felt very secure in the building. Property was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the necessary dishes and utensils if you like eating in. Although the unit could use a little TLC in terms of fresh paint (walls and doors were scuffed and marked), it is very quiet, spacious and we would definitely rent it again. Property manager checked in on arrival and just prior to departure with instructions and ensured all was well.

I love this area too as it is so close to everything but is it's own little quiet neighborhood. Superb stay in the extremely well appointed apartment which is in a quiet area within easy walking distance of the centre of Victoria. The secure parking was a bonus. The owners were extremely helpful and made our stay perfect. Highly recommended and would certainly stay again.

The layout of the condo was great and from this location you could easily walk to downtown Victoria. It was also close to a grocery store. Deidre was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay.at this property. Loved Spinnakers!

We had an awesome time at this well laid out condo. The condo had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy a relaxing family vacation. We were able to walk into Victoria to resteraunts and shopping. The condo was clean and nicley decorated. Thanks to Diedre for making our weekend so enjoyable.

We stayed 4 nights with another couple and the 4 of us were very comfortable in this condo. There was plenty of room and comfortable chairs for everyone in the common space and it was even bigger than it seemed in the photos. The kitchen had all the basics and plenty of dishes for more than one meal. The beds were comfortable and there was even a stack of pillows with a variety of softness choices. We especially enjoyed the outside space. It was great with morning sun, a view of the fountain at the Delta Point Resort and out of the wind. It was fun people watching one floor up from the street. We were out there rain and shine! We used the water taxi twice to go to the other side of the bay. We only had to wait a very few minutes for one to come by. It was also fun to watch their water ballet Sunday morning in front of the Empress! My only suggestion would be to remember to use the rewards card on the key fob when buying groceries. We didn't even think about that until we left the store and we would have saved a few bucks. This was my first experience with VRBO and I couldn't have been happier! I would gladly rent this condo again. It would be a great space to rent for an extended time. Everything you need is within walking distance, from great restaurants to shops to groceries. The Galloping Goose Trail is right outside the door and ideal for walking or biking.

Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.
