Essential Stay Details
Secure parking in a garage is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spaces are built for standard-size vehicles; please notify us if you have a non-standard vehicle to ensure seamless accommodations.
A one-time $290 cleaning fee applies at the time of booking. Optional weekly or bi-weekly professional housekeeper services can also be easily scheduled on an hourly basis to meet your preferences.
As a Canadian company, our primary rates are in CAD. While some international platforms may convert prices to USD, a clear, transparent breakdown showing both currencies will be provided on the final page before you confirm your booking. We accept direct payments from all major credit cards except American Express.
Important Policies and Notes
Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. Also, note that the rates you see are based on 12-month stays, but we also offer rates for various other lengths of stay. All properties strictly enforce a $500 bylaw fine for smoking or vaping (including marijuana) anywhere inside the unit or within the building premises.
Important check-in instructions and secure building access details will be sent to you from CheckedIn prior to your arrival date. Contactless check-in and checkout are available.
We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation is refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
