Property Details

The Millstream Manor is a brand-new townhome built in 2020! This is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse with a lovely sitting area and patio where you can enjoy the quiet and mountain views.

Please note that effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. Also, note that the rates you see are based on 12-month stays, but we also offer rates for various other lengths of stay. The building was completed in 2020, so everything is shiny and new. Millstream Manor has a lovely 2,000-square-foot floor plan with a patio to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of Langford, along with a bonus view of the famous Trans-Canada Highway. The open-concept kitchen lets you chat and prepare your favorites. There are stainless appliances and high-end finishing throughout. There is a BBQ and a fire pit for your own use.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $850 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $200.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Important notes:
All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.

If you would like to hold the dates it will require a $500 deductible which will then be applied as the damage deposit.

Payment is due 30 days prior to the 1st of the upcoming months. Your stay is refundable up to 30 days prior to the start date of your stay, if cancelled within 30 days, the first month will be non-refundable. If you cancel before 30 days there is a $175.00 admin fee and then the balance refunded.
