Newly furnished, and newly renovated, Pretty Peninsula is in the coveted Peninsula complex, which is just steps from the Johnson Street bridge and Victoria Old Town. It is a large unit to relax after your long day adventuring, working, or visiting Victoria. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a working station in the second bedroom if you are in Victoria for a workation. The furnishings are deluxe and comfortable. The living room has a 65' flat-screen TV with cable and a lovely comfy sofa, and loveseat in the living room.
The condo is located in the Peninsula complex, which is a 5-minute walk over the Johnson Street bridge and to Victoria Old Town, which is easy access to all the luxuries that will make your holiday or long-term stay in Victoria an enjoyable one. You can't beat the area as you don't have the downtown street noise, but it is only a 5-minute walk to the heart of it! It is located directly on the boardwalk with access to the Galloping Goose Regional Trail system. Take your choice, walk, bike, roller-blade, or kayak your way around the Greater Victoria Area. This is such a great complex, and we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units.
Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $375 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $180.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
