Laid-back in Langford is a 2-bedroom 1-bathroom condo with a double bed in each bedroom. There is a large sitting area for visiting or watching TV. An open concept kitchen lets you chat and prepare your favorites. There are stainless appliances and high-end finishing throughout.
Laid-back in Langford is within walking distance of all the important necessities in Langford Downtown. Restaurants and shopping are also just out your front door. Taking advantage of the massive windows in the master bedroom, enjoy your coffee while you do some excellent people-watching.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $375 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
