The fully equipped kitchen showcases retro yellow cabinetry, a gas range stove, stainless steel refrigerator, and an adjacent dining nook with a round glass-top table set for four. Essential Stay Details

Two (2) dedicated parking spaces are included in your monthly rental at no additional cost. Most spaces are designed for standard-size vehicles; please let us know if you have a non-standard vehicle so we can ensure a proper fit.

A one-time $950 deep-cleaning fee applies at the time of booking. Optional professional weekly or bi-weekly housekeeping services can also be easily arranged on an hourly basis to suit your personal preferences.

Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days.
